River Nursery
Some of the most critical developement in a child's life happens within the first 24 months. They need to be loved with the Father's Love and they need caring people to begin to teach them the principles of the Father's Truth. All worker's have had thorough background checks and are held to a high level of accountability. Children ages 3 months to 24 months will have: a safe enviroment, trained loving workers, fun with other babies, constant attention, and care

River Kids
Pastors Kevin & Elizabeth will always have a special place in their hearts for children's ministry. Before becoming pastors of The River, they served as full-time children’s pastors for eleven years. They have seen first hand the importance and effectiveness of keeping children involved in church. River Kids is a fun and safe environment where kids are taught God’s Word through media, object lessons, drama, crafts, games, kids camp, and much more!

River Students
Being young is fun and serving God is fun! Here at The River we believe the two go hand in hand. Youth at The River is all about learning how to serve God while still enjoying life. Each week junior high and high school students embrace their relationship with God, connect with other young people, and learn how to take the message of Jesus Christ to their family, school, and community. The youth at The River meet twice a month at various locations throughout southwest Louisiana. Check out the calendar to see where we’re meeting this month!
